My season is here! The fall months are setting in and the weather becomes cooler. This brings about a transition and change that is welcomed. I have a few goals for September:
I want to spend more time with Ally, no more long shifts
I want to be able to get into the 180s weight loss.
I would like to be able to get more days in at the gym.

It's just a few small goals but it's a start.
