Exercise: Part Four


When I Wake Up:
-50 Jumping Jacks
-10 Push Ups
-20 Sit Ups
- 20 Bicycles
- 20 Mountain Climbers
-30 Second Plank
(Do for 3 Cycles)

Before Work:
- 20 Crunches
- 15 Squats
- 10 Push Ups
-15 Leg Lifts
-20 Second Plank
(Do 3 Cycles)

Before Bed:
- 100 Jumping Jacks
-20 Sit Ups
-10 Push Ups
-30 Second Leg Lift
-20 Squats
-20 Knee Highs
30 Second Wall Sit

On my days off we will be going to the park where Ally can play and I can jog. As soon as I get my Fitbit fixed I will be joining the Web Walking USA Challenge.
